HTML 5 group has recommended some new tags -<audio> and <video> - that will let you play video files in the browser without the Shockwave Flash plugin.
This is a demo that demonstrates the potential of rendering 3D graphics in the browser, using O3D, an open-source web API for creating rich, interactive 3D applications in the browser.
